A. Moonlight TV is Australia's first online television network, and a window onto the future of entertainment: on-demand, snack-size video, free to view.

Q. Can I watch Moonlight TV videos on my television?

A. Yes, as long as your television can be plugged into a computer or vice versa. Many of our users watch Moonlight TV through a laptop or PC connected to a living room television.

Q. Does Moonlight TV offer full-screen streaming?

A. Full-screen streaming is available if you are running Flash 9. To view the video full-screen, press the button in the far right of the player controls. To leave full-screen, press the 'Escape' key

Q. Videos sometimes stutter for a few seconds before playing smoothly. Can you tell me what causes this?

A. The most likely cause is your connection speed. While Moonlight TV does its best to buffer the video stream so that it plays smoothly and without pauses, connection speeds can sometimes be a little unstable. If a video stream starts to stutter, the best approach is to use the pause button and allow more video to buffer. Hit the play button once the progress bar has passed the status indicator and the video will play smoothly.

Q. Can I upload videos onto Moonlight TV?

A. At this stage there are no plans to offer a facility for uploading videos. But if you are an aspiring filmmaker and you do want to strut your video stuff on Moonlight TV, we have a short film contest called the Moonlight TV Short Film Festival, which can be found here
